Every retirement village and care home that Eldernet lists has a page here. No village, operator or care home pays to be listed, ranked or left out, and nobody can pay to change what a page says.

How your fees are shown

Today every fee on the site links to the page we read it on, with the date we read it. Where a village publishes no exit fee, its page says "not published" rather than guess.

When you send us your fees, we show them on your page as confirmed by the village, with the date you confirmed them. If you link your disclosure statement, the page links to it too, so families can check the detail.

What to send

Villages: your exit fee and how it builds up, your weekly fee, who keeps any capital gain, and when residents are repaid. Care homes: your premium room charges and care suite terms, in the notes. Anything on your page that is wrong, in the notes too.

How enquiries work

Families use Villagewise to compare places and to ask us for a free shortlist. When a family asks about your village or care home, a person here reads the request first. We pass it to you only if the family agrees, with their name, how to reach them and what they are looking for.

The idea is simple: your listing stays free, and you would pay only for an enquiry we pass on to you. Never to be listed, never to be ranked higher, and never to change what your page says. Families never pay. We will set out the price and the terms on this page before any charge starts.

Your photos

Pages here have no photos until the operator sends them: we never copy photos from listing sites or anywhere else. Claim your listing below, confirm the photos are the operator's to share, and send up to 8 at a time. A person checks every photo before it goes live, usually within two working days, and the page credits it as supplied by the operator.
