Village has 173 ORA units, ~214 residents, operated by Beetham Village Partnership (private owners since 2006). The audit PDF is a Code-of-Practice compliance/certification report, not the Disclosure Statement itself, but it was fully readable via the Read tool (unlike the first our page reader pass, which saw it as binary) and confirms the disclosure statement's existence without quoting its fee figures.
