Elmswood Village is centrally located in Christchurch, we are literally 15 minutes from almost anywhere, close to town and Fendalton Village, a short drive to the airport, and easy to reach for families as they travel to and from home and work. Our luxurious and comfortable boutique village is privately and locally owned, therefore close attention is paid to the smooth day to day running of the village. Set amongst tranquil and established gardens, our spacious village offers a wide variety of living options from the independence of our stunning villas through to serviced apartments. We offer rest home level care, as well as personalised care in our newly built hospital. Our residents say, not having to worry about going somewhere else if they need extra care, brings them great peace of mind. At Elmswood, we provide a genuine community and home for people. One where there is love, joy and laughter, as well as excellent care and the ability to be as independent as you are able to be.
