No weekly fee, deferred management fee, capital-gain, or refund-timing figures were found on any page actually fetched (operator homepage, village pages, FAQ, villas page, disclaimer page, or sitemap). Every village page references an "Occupation Right Agreement" and an "Info Pack - Download" button, but the Info Pack is gated behind a JS/form interaction (e.g. a "#infoPack" anchor) that a plain page fetch cannot open, so its contents (which likely include the disclosure statement) were not accessible. No disclosure-statement PDF link was found in the site's sitemap.xml or on any page checked.
