The only pricing data found anywhere was on the Bell Vista page (milife.co.nz/bella-vista/), which lists specific unit sale prices (not formally labelled "entry price", and not confirmed as the full purchase price under the occupation right agreement vs. a resale listing): Villa #32, 2-bed, 93m², $580,000 (current listing); Villa #42, 2-bed, $580,000 (sold); Villa #62, 2-bed, $480,000 (sold).
