Weekly fees stop charging on villa vacate / ORA termination date. If net termination proceeds are not paid within nine months of the ORA termination date, the operator must pay interest on the proceeds from that nine-month point until the day payment is made. No fixed maximum timeframe for the refund itself was published - only this 9-month interest trigger.
