If you’re looking to enjoy your retirement in a boutique, friendly Christchurch village then Silverstream Lifestyle Retirement Village should be top of your list to check out. There are 49 architecturally designed villas, set in beautiful gardens with private north-facing patios. Finished with high quality specs, these two and three bedroom villas are larger and more spacious than most, with high ceilings, over-height doors, electric heated timber floors and heat pumps. Some also have gas fires. The Lifestyle Pavilion, set in the very heart of the village has a heated lap pool and spa, gym, coffee club/bar, pool table, theatre and library, plus they have a full activities programme including weekly shopping and mini-bus trips to a variety of great destinations. Residents talk openly about the feeling of community, where you know everyone by name, and you can head away on holiday or to visit friends or family, safe in the knowledge your home will be looked after by the management and gardening team.
