About the village
This village is a unique place to come to live. It was set up by a group of Masons to offer accommodation and services for the older person. The village has continued to develop offering a retirement lifestyle complex. The village is situated in park-like grounds on the west side of Masterton. There are 16 rental flats, 12 affordable priced one-bedroom Apartments & 83 two-bedroom Villas of various sizes. Of these 14 were built approx. 8 years ago and 6 beginning of 2020. There is an active Residents Social Committee overseeing a very friendly community and a Residents Committee.
