Entry prices are the units for sale now on Eldernet and, for the six largest operators, on the operator's own site. They are not every unit in the village. "Back after 5 years" is a $600,000 entry price less the exit fee, before weekly fees. Where a village publishes no exit fee we say so rather than guess. Read the village's disclosure statement before you sign anything. Maps: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
